This may include:

  • Correct sender and recipient details
  • Accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • Correct cargo description

5. Prohibited and Restricted Goods

Customers must not tender goods that are prohibited by applicable law or by the relevant carrier, shipping line, airline, transport operator, customs authority, or other service provider.

Restricted goods may require prior approval, special documentation, packaging, handling, or additional charges.

The customer must disclose the true nature and characteristics of the cargo before shipment.

Shippingwala may refuse, hold, return, or otherwise handle a shipment where we reasonably believe that the shipment contains prohibited or improperly declared goods.

6. Shipment Documentation

Customers must provide all documents reasonably required for transportation, customs clearance, insurance, or other logistics services.

Shippingwala is not responsible for delays, penalties, additional charges, or shipment disruption resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, late, or incorrect documentation supplied by the customer.

Tracking information may be supplied by third-party carriers or logistics systems and may not always update immediately.

Shippingwala does not guarantee that tracking information will always be complete, current, or available without interruption.

9. Customs and Regulatory Requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, inspections, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and documentation required for customs and regulatory procedures.

Any customs duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, inspection charges, or other government or third-party charges applicable to a shipment may be payable by the customer or the party designated as responsible for such charges.

10. Insurance

Where insurance or cargo protection is requested or made available, the applicable insurance terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and claim procedures will apply.

Shippingwala does not guarantee that every shipment is automatically insured.

Customers should confirm the applicable insurance or coverage arrangements before shipment.

Shippingwala will take reasonable steps to coordinate and facilitate the transportation of shipments.

However, shipments may be handled by third-party carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport operators, warehouses, customs agents, and other logistics providers.

Claims relating to loss, damage, shortage, or delay may therefore be subject to the applicable carrier’s terms, conditions, liability limitations, and claim procedures.

Customers should notify Shippingwala promptly after becoming aware of any loss, damage, shortage, or other shipment issue and provide all supporting documentation reasonably required to investigate the matter.
